SD Tech's fiber coating and repair materials are manufactured from ceramic fibers and blended with organic and inorganic binders to form a viscous gel-like material. These fiber coating/repair materials are primarily used on the surfaces of ceramic fiber materials (such as ceramic fiber boards, modules, and vacuum-formed products). They reduce the rate of powderization of the fiber surface when in direct flame contact, improve the wind resistance of ceramic fiber module surfaces, and enhance chemical attack resistance.
