Vacuum Formed Shapes

SD Tech's vacuum-formed products are high-performance insulation materials manufactured using a vacuum-forming process using a refractory fiber blend. They boast excellent high-temperature heat resistance and high mechanical strength, and can be freely cut and processed even in their unfired state. This energy-efficient material is ideal for insulating furnaces, piping, and other high-temperature equipment. Depending on customer requirements, these products can also be manufactured in surface-cured or fully cured forms.
